Description
My name is Shahadath H and I am a male home carer with experience in providing hourly care. I have had the privilege of caring for individuals with a range of conditions including Mild Cognitive Impairment, Bedbound, Parkinson's Disease, Anxiety, and Depression. I understand the unique challenges that come with each condition and strive to provide the highest level of care.
While I may not drive or have a car, I am fully equipped with the skills needed to assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, catheter care, and companionship. I believe that these tasks are essential in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of those in my care. I am also adept at adapting to individual preferences and needs.
In my free time, I enjoy a variety of hobbies including walking, cooking & baking, decorating, fishing, and gardening. These activities not only help me relax and unwind, but they also enhance my creativity and problem-solving skills. Additionally, I have a fondness for pets, particularly cats, fish, and birds.
Throughout my career as a carer, I have gained a reputation for being caring, friendly, and helpful. These attributes guide me in my interactions with both clients and their families, ensuring that I provide the best support possible. My motivation for caring stems from a deep-rooted desire to help people lead independent lives, despite the challenges they may face.
I am excited about the prospect of joining a new care team and making a positive impact in the lives of those I will have the privilege of caring for.
