Val looked after my elderly mother who had complex care needs. She was caring, knowledgeable, resourceful and kind, even in difficult and demanding situations. I would be pleased to employ her again if I needed to arrange care for a member of my family.

Val cared for my parents at home (Dad with Vascular Dementia and Mum with Alzheimers) for over 6 months. She was very professional & had huge amounts of empathy and a great sense of humour. She was very kind and gave me & my siblings regular feedback. We felt such a sense of relief when she 'joined' our family. I would have no hesitation in recommending Val for any similar position - anyone would be lucky to have her.
