Hello, my name is Busayo O and I am a female home carer with a passion for helping others. With over 5 years of experience in the field, I have gained valuable skills in various care types, including live-in, hourly, and overnight care.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of caring for individuals with different conditions, such as Mild Cognitive Impairment, bedbound patients, Parkinson's Disease, anxiety, and depression. I have developed a deep understanding of their unique needs and provide compassionate care to support them in their daily lives.
Although I am unable to drive and do not own a car, it has never hindered my ability to fulfill my role as a carer. I am proficient in tasks such as bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, catheter care, and providing companionship. These skills, along with my friendly and helpful nature, allow me to provide the best care possible to my clients.
Outside of my role as a carer, I enjoy nurturing my personal interests. Dancing, cooking and baking, gardening, socializing, and watching TV are all activities that I find fulfilling and rejuvenating. Additionally, I am particularly fond of pets and have preferences for cats, fish, rabbits, birds, and turtles.
The driving force behind my career as a carer is my desire to help people lead independent lives. I find great satisfaction in providing the necessary support to ensure my clients maintain their dignity and have the opportunity to enjoy life to the fullest. It is my goal to create a safe and comfortable environment while fostering meaningful connections with each individual I care for.
