I am experienced carer/support worker being in the care sector for over 15 years Particularly experienced with the elderly and people with dementia, learning difficulties and autism. I have also worked as a lone worker doing live- in care and in residential care homes doing hourly shift work and nights. I have gained skills through training and practical work. I have a passion for caring for people in need which was derived from my own experience of caring after my great grandmother and also caring after the elderly in my village I am able to work in my own initiative and take responsibilities following my work place policies and procedures.
