Description
I worked as a live-incarer worker for 6 weeks on one week off, with assigned or regular clients. I have the skills and expertise in caring and looking after client with disability with limited mobility, such as clients that has stroke or bed ridden, or disabled etc
I am patient, good listening ear, I encouragement, and motivate clients to continue with their chosen daily needs’ requirements. I have supported clients with their independence and ability to continue to live in their chosen community,by managing their daily activities as chosen or by accessing available activities within the community or wider society. I assist client with their personnel daily care, bathing, toileting, hoisting from bed to the chair or with commode,cooking, shopping or as required. I also assist client with their health needs such as giving Medication, accompanying with their hospital appointment. I keep accurate reports daily and record any handled financial process accurately by documenting receipt for future reference.
.I am patient and proactive when faced with difficult situation and allowed client to speak and take decisions on how they want their needs be meet without being interrupted.I also assist clients with letter writing making telephones and any administrative paper work needed
I work in –conjunction with professions to attaint the support needed to meet those needs. I am loyal to my client and work effectively with other relevant professionals and family.
