Description
I have been a carer for five years having completed my in-house training certificate all with the same company. I enjoy helping people and will assist them in any way I can, so they can live a fun, healthy and fulfilling lives. I have assisted people that just need every-day help, and at the other end of the spectrum, have supported people with spinal chord injuries and Autism. I have filled live-in and live-out positions and am very capable of performing my duties in both. I aim to provide my clients with the service they deserve.
I always strive to perform my duties diligently in personal care, household tasks, moving and handling, bladder and bowel management, transportation. client specific dietary requirements and recommendations, cooking and medication administration and much more. I try to spend as much time as I can with my clients for companionship but also know when they need their personal space and time with their family and friends. I will of course also carry out risk assessments on a daily basis to ensure their safety so you can trust that they are in a safe space.
On my days off, I like to play golf and spend time with my son, and I am always happy to talk about that with my clients.
