Description
For over 11 years, I’ve been privileged to have worked with adults with dementia, young adult with autism and learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, forensic mental health from where I was able to acquire knowledge in providing professional support to service users / patients as well as enabling and promoting their independent living and fulfilment. I am a conscientious support worker with high degree of flexibility towards performance while supporting the service users to fulfil their independent living, desired needs, goals & aspirations.I work within guidelines of ‘valuing people’ at all-time which has made me more sensitive to the diversity entrenched in our society and the need promote to independence/choice/dignity/inclusion.
