Description
I have worked as a professional carer for 6 years, having qualified with an NVQ3 in Health and social care for Adults. I have worked with patients suffering from Dementia, patients in nursing home care, as well patients needing complex care services, such as stroke and spinal injury problems.
The most important thing for me as an HCA is spending quality time with my clients, ensuring that his/her wishes and needs are met and that they are happy and content with my services provided. I try to encourage them with a positive attitude, an upbeat atmosphere at the home as well as being on-hand with a reassuring hug and kind words at difficult times. Hope I will bring more happiness into my future clients' lives.
