I'm a happy person and enjoy my job role very much. I love meeting people and am very person-centred along with being respectful, honest, trustworthy, great at communication, promote dignity, great at listening and like to go the extra mile to ensure the best quality care that anyone would expect. I have and NVQ2 and 3 in Health and Social care and a carer certificate, and I keep my other training up to date.
I am happy in contacting family members and outside agencies eg; doctors, physiotherapists, whether it's making or taking someone/couple to an appointment.
I'm happy to undertake any tasks that someone, or a couple, needs in order to make their life better eg, personal care, cleaning, shopping, cooking, gardening, games and companionship.
