Description
I am a fully qualified nurse who since returning to work after bringing up my two daughters has spent the last five years as a highly skilled and compassionate qualified carer. As well as attending to all care and health-related needs, I believe very strongly in the companionship aspect and helping people feel secure, confident and supported in their everyday lives.
I work with people with wide-ranging needs, who in striving to maintain their independence may find everyday tasks a challenge both within and outside their own home. As well as being expert in all forms of personal care, I assist with many aspects of independent living, for example light housework, personal administrative tasks, shopping, accompanied outings, arranging and attending appointments and running errands. Equally importantly, I am also someone who is there to talk to – I take great pride in the interaction I have with people, believing this to be particularly valuable in enhancing their quality of life.
I have extensive experience in palliative care, as well as helping those affected by strokes, dementia, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.
I always liaise closely with family members and allied health professionals, initially in preparing an appropriate care plan and then in maintaining close communication at all times. Being dedicated, reliable and trustworthy with excellent organisational skills, my service is always of a high quality and very efficient.
I work mainly in the Bromley and Chislehurst areas, but can go further afield. If you think I may be able to help, please do get in touch as I would be delighted to hear from you.

Michelle was wonderful, very easy to talk to, very inclusive and very patient with my mum. My mums comments after Michelle left was ‘what a nice lady, so nice to talk to’. Thank you.

Michele has been taking care of my mother, who is 100 years old. We have been so pleased with the standard of care she has provided. Michele is very professional while being helpful and considerate. She is understanding and kind and always alert to my mother's feelings and needs. We would have no hesitation in recommending her

Michele is very professional and efficient and the great thing is that she combines it with such a calm and caring approach that the client feels relaxed and totally confident that they are in the best possible hands. Michele has guided my husband’s other carers enabling them to provide an improved standard of care, she is absolutely first class.
