Description
Hello, I am Debbie S, a compassionate and dedicated female carer with a wealth of experience in supporting individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairment, Parkinson's Disease, anxiety, and depression. As a caregiver, I specialize in providing care for clients who are bedbound, offering assistance with bathing, toileting, dressing, catheter care, and most importantly, companionship. While I may not be able to drive or have a car, I am fully equipped with the skills and attributes needed to provide high-quality care to those in need.
Outside of my caregiving duties, I enjoy indulging in hobbies such as painting, walking, playing card games, cooking and baking, as well as solving puzzles. These activities not only provide me with relaxation and joy but also help me to maintain a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle. Additionally, I have a deep fondness for pets, particularly cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds, as their presence brings immense joy and comfort to both myself and those I care for.
My motivation for choosing a career in caregiving stems from my genuine desire to help individuals lead independent and fulfilling lives. I believe that everyone deserves to receive care and support with dignity and respect, and I am committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those I assist. With my caring nature, friendly demeanor, and helpful attitude, I strive to create a warm and supportive environment for my clients, ensuring their well-being and happiness are always the top priority.
