As an experienced Health Care Assistant, I am approachable and outgoing. My experience with Miss Fatuma was lovely, she helped my mother with her day to day activities and made sure she was properly and effectively taken care of. She would come by four times a day to make sure my mum had been administered medication, eaten a meal and emptied her catheter etc. she was punctual, kind and cared about my mums personal needs.

Fatuma used to look after our autistic son. She demonstrated a high level of care and professionalism during her time with us. She was always polite and friendly with everyone. She developed a very good relationship with our son and showed a good understanding of his needs, despite his challenging behaviour. She was reliable and always on time but also flexible with her time. I can not think of anything negative about her.

Fatuma is an excellent carer. Friendly, patient, reliable, trustworthy and punctual. She is caring for a blind lady who was nervous of using a carer, but Fatuma has put her client completely at ease, and she never fails to tell me how lucky she is to have Fatuma caring for her. Fatuma takes time to chat as well as carrying out the numerous tasks needed in her morning and evening visits, but never lets her client feel rushed. I can confidently recommend her to others.

Fatuma was excellent. Her communication was very good. She was always on time and provided excellent care for my 93 year old mother. Highly recommended.
