My name is Deborah and I'm a home carer. I've been working in the care industry for 2 years, and I love it. I love helping people to lead independent lives and being able to make a difference in their lives.
I'm a caring and friendly person, and I love helping people. I'm motivated by the idea of helping people to be as independent as possible. I'm also patient and compassionate, which I think are essential qualities for a home carer.
I'm a good listener and I want to ensure that my clients feel comfortable and happy in my company. I also have excellent organisational skills and I'm always willing to go the extra mile to help my clients.
I'm a non-driver, but I'm happy to work with clients who require assistance with getting around. I have my own pet dogs, which I love, but I'm also happy to work with clients who have pets.
I have worked with the elderly in care homes and in their own homes I have also worked with people with learning disabilities.
