Hello,
My name is Alice. I have over 2 years experience within the care sector. I am currently a care support worker providing care within the community to client groups with a diverse range of disabilities such as dementia, mental health and learning disabilities.
I specialise in supporting people within a supported living scheme run by the Hackney council. I also worked as a live in carer with a client who had late stage Alzheimer’s.
I am as an honest, caring, cheerful and friendly person. My hobbies include listening to music, dancing, going on holidays/trips and reading.
I have completed health and safety, moving and handling, assisting and administering medication.
Also, I have learnt how to develop a working relationship with clients. I have developed strong organisational skills and knowledge of diversity issues in the work place and how to effectively manage these differences.

Alice was very friendly and, had she been able to get used to the routine and not had unexpected problems with childcare would have made a really good weekend carer for me. I was sorry to lose her.
