Description
My name is Sannah H, and I am a dedicated female home carer with a wealth of experience in providing care to individuals with various health conditions. With a special focus on hourly care, I have supported clients with Mild Cognitive Impairment, Parkinson's Disease, bedbound individuals, MS as well as those dealing with anxiety and depression. I take pride in my ability to assist with toileting, dressing, catheter care, and providing companionship and cooking services to ensure the well-being of those under my care.
One of my strengths as a home carer is my capability to drive, coupled with owning a car. This enables me to provide transportation services to appointments or outings as needed. I find joy in helping individuals maintain their independence and dignity, which is a driving force behind my passion for caregiving.
