Description
It is over 3 years now I have gained experiences working in the care profession. I have learn to be a good communicator which you need when looking after the elderly. I became Chef Assistant in a school for over 5 years which was exceptionally liberating experience for me to gain insight on caring for kids from 3 to 10 years.
I often find the best part of the job, by listening, talking and understanding the kids/ adults about the different kinds of foods i cooked for them and able to do this with passions in order to create a nurturing/ trusting relationship. Also this is very important when looking after the elderly
This has strengthen my resilience and personal skills. This role has helped working as a childminder after having 3 kids of my own, i feeling is important to provide the needs for the upcoming kids, by teaching them to communicate and engage me.
Safeguard and welfare of all my clients are always placed of high priority and I'm also reliable and well organized
