I started my journey into care around 11 years ago.
I have both professional and personal experience in caring for someone.
I am very passionate and very much enjoy caring for people, building connections and providing companionship.
Since starting out In care I have experience with adults with the following; early and late stages of dementia, brain injuries, multiple sclerosis, multi neurone disease, cancer and various other disabilities.
My role as a carer is to ensure that my clients feel safe with me, they trust me and that at the end of my shift they feel happy.
I am willing to cover all aspects of care, no task is too much for me.
I consider myself to be a well mannered, polite and kind person. I am a great listener and I love a chat.
I like to go above and beyond for my clients if it means they feel happy and they aren’t stressed.
My personal hobbies are; socialising, watching movies, I love retail therapy ( who doesn’t ! ), I love going for walks in the summer time.
Spending time with my family. Baking is something I also enjoy.

Amy was a carer for my mother-in-law who had Vascular Dementia. I always felt relaxed when Amy was with her as Amy gives 100% when carering for others. She helped her relax she takes time to gt to know the person xx I would always recommend Amy she is a genuine person Regards Trisha
