Sarah has been caring for my Mum and Dad for a while. I knew as soon as we met that it was going to be a good relationship all round. Sarah is very polite, respectful, reliable and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and many times she has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Sometimes she will stay over her allotted time just to stay and chat with my parents. Sarah is a god send and I would recommend her to anyone that wants a lovely carer that truly cares.

Sarah is an outstanding carer. She is kind, patient, knowledgable and capable in all areas of personal care. She is polite, reliable, prompt and very personable. She has always treated my mother-in-law with respect and dignity. She is able to work independently and regularly finds solutions to problems, or provides helpful suggestions. She has wide and varied experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for the highest quality of care for their loved one

Sarah supports my mother, who has dementia as well as some physical needs. Sarah is very genuine, caring and thoughtful and my mother loves seeing her. Sarah has extensive experience in supporting people with dementia and the advice she gives me is invaluable. This includes ways of helping my mother maintain her skills, supporting her physically and preventing infections. Sarah goes above and beyond to help in any way she can. She supports my mother to meet up with her friends, prepares food for her and has looked after her after operations and with her personal care, as well as helping generally by washing and keeping her home clean and tidy. Whenever my mother has had any issues, Sarah has given me lots of suggestions and advice as well as offering extra support. Sarah has helped to improve the quality of my mother’s life and increased her self esteem and it is reassuring to know that she is giving my mother the best care.
