Hello, my name is Tracy B and I am a female home support worker committed to providing high quality, person-centred care. With eleven years of experience in the care industry, I have developed a deep understanding and empathy for individuals facing different challenges in their daily lives.
I have had the privilege of working with a range of clients, including those with Intellectual Disabilities , None Mobile individuals, Parkinson's Disease, Dementia, Autism and Mental Health Problems. I am skilled in providing support with all aspects of personal care and can also assist with administration of medication, prescription collection, shopping and light cleaning duties. My goal is to help my clients maintain their independence and support them in carrying out their daily activities.
I am able to drive and am willing to commute to locations in order to provide quality care to my clients. In my personal life, I enjoy activities such as walking, practicing yoga, reading, watching TV, and listening to music. Additionally, I am comfortable around various types of pets, including cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds.
My personality can be described as calm, kind and conscientious. I find great satisfaction in making a positive impact on people's lives, and I am motivated by the desire to empower individuals to lead as independent and fulfilling a life as possible.
