Hello my name is Carole, I've worked in domiciliary care for 3 years. I'm friendly, organised and a very caring individual. I always look for the positive in every situation and when I'm caring for anyone I treat the client as I would my own parent. I believe in supporting and involving clients to ensure that they enjoy, feel supported and safe in their own homes whilst I am visiting them.
I have experience in providing personal care, incontinence support, administering and ordering medication, cooking, shopping, cleaning, dealing with monies, taking to appointments, arranging appointments or simply companionship. Ive been in a few situations in my career where I have to safeguard a couple of clients. I've also had to contact emergency services on numerous occasions.
I have done many courses within the organisations that I have worked for, such as Care Certificate, Dementia Care, Administration of medication. Dysphasia course.
I recently worked on a team of 3 other carers for a lady who had MND.

I know Carole very well both as a Carer and now as a good friend. Carole worked for me and s he is a brilliant Carer. She is honest, patient, hardworking and has a caring nature which is difficult to find today. Carole has a brilliant sense of humour which goes along way when living on your own. I would highly recommend Carole as a first class Carer to anyone.

I have known Carole since August 2021 when she was one of a team of carers employed by a recommended care company I had care for one hour each day which involved dealing with commode, helping out of bed, washing ,showering and ministering prescription treatment to legs, helping with dressing and using stairlift , preparing breakfast and monitoring any health issues, but above all she gave me such love and companionship which helped with my convalescence. she accompanyed me to a hospital appointment. she became very special to me and I was very sorry when she left the company, but I wish the best for her in the future .she is extremely well trained , efficient, trustworthy and above all caring. she will be an asset to anyone fortunate enough to receive her loving care signed Mary Sykes age 83
