I have spent many years supporting individuals whose conditions require both comprehensive understanding which translates to ' hands on ' care and support. I have gained an experience across all sectors of the health care industry, and that includes within a hospital environment,community work, and private arrangements. Fortunately ongoing training and working alongside skilled professional staff has assisted my knowledge and ability to cope with many diverse situations.
An essential part of my work is to ensure that people in my care are treated with great respect. This includes establishing good rapport, being compassionate, empathetic, friendly, open minded. Ideally creating a harmonised environment.
My specialities include:
mental and physical conditions, Parkinson’s disease, Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple sclerosis, brain and spinal injures, Dementia - such as Alzhaimer's, Lewy body, Vascular and Frontotemporal.
I am a registered Social worker and have Masters in Social work. Additionally I hold NVQ5 in Health and Social Care management. This allows me the opportunity to provide high level of care.

I cannot remember this particular visit.. Katya usually comes on Tuesday and Thursday and as I remember she came as usual on that day.
