I like helping people especially individuals who have difficulties in some way or another. I do provide high quality of support to individuals focusing on the needs that help promote independence, choices to maximize the quality of life. I do look for different activities in the community, planning holidays and working with professionals like making hospital appointments, check-ups. I work hand-in-hand with my manager and seniors in case individuals need to be assessed. I like attending different training programs to aid self-development plus enhance my skillset.
