I am an NVQ (RQF) assessor and whenever I observed her working I was impressed with her knowledge, abilities and compassion. Stella is a capable, committed and dedicated employee, who gained promotion to senior support worker status. She has a real passion for her job and her service users, ensuring that they get the best life that they possibly can. Stella is a warm, hard-working person who has a real depth of understanding, empathy and motivation to do the very best she can. I recommend her to any potential employer.

Stella has looked after my Mum Margaret on a full time basis since the start of Feb 22. Margaret is 89 years old and has dementia. She had a number of falls over Christmas and was hardly able to move after that so we decided that full time care was needed. Since Stella has been looking after Margaret her health and mobility has improved significantly from hardly being able to take a few steps to being able to go out for walks and climb the stairs. Stella has ensured that Mum eats regularly and takes her medicines as well as gradually increasing her level of exercise to improve her mobility. Stella has also done exercises to engage Mums mind involving music and spelling to combat the increasing onset of dementia. Stella is an excellent carer and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Stella is a warm and very friendly person who put my mum at ease straight away. She works hard at finding things that will interest my mum to talk about. She told me she was a great cook and my mum ate two big meals yesterday which was lovely to see.
