Over the years, working in different environments such as residential care homes and nursing homes, as well as working in client 's own homes has been a valuable experience in understanding how to deliver and provide a person centred care approach to each client.
Working in these environments has taught me immense knowledge and understanding on different health care conditions and how they affect lives of clients and their families. I have been fortunate to work with people who have certain health conditions such as dementia, learning disabilities, elderly, end of life and other conditions.
