Jelena was always very professional and skilled in her job as a carer and was extremely diligent in looking after my 95 year old mother. I lived next door and witnessed on a daily basis the care she took in dressing (and undressing) mum, teasing her lack of appetite with delicious home cooked and meals and taking her out and about so mum could lead a normal life, going to the shops and library when she felt like it and and visiting friends. The house was immaculately looked after and Lena is also an excellent driver. But Lena was so much more than a career. She enabled mum to lead a high quality life in her own home until the very end and Lena and her family became close personal friends to me and my family. We still miss not having her around. I have already recommended Lena to close personal friends who have used her to care for their elderly parents and I have no hesitation in recommending her most highly to you.
