I am an experienced carer who is passionate about providing great care and support to people living in their own homes.I like to ensure that my clients lives a happy life by giving them choice and promoting their independence.
I am able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.I am able to work effectively with in my own limitation using my own initiative whenever it's appropriate.I am sensitive to the needs of others,hardworking,patient and can interact with people from different backgrounds.I am self motivated and take pride and respect to my job.
I enjoy keeping busy in my spare time, cooking, writing,Reading,walking, sports and listening to music.

Chris cared for my Father Alfred at his home on a live in basis for a period of just over 7 months up to his death in March 2021. Chris was simply outstanding. Completely calm in difficult circumstances, he epitomised what it is to be a true carer. He looked after me when I visited as much as he looked after my father. I have never met a person who is so kind and thinks about others before himself to such an extent as Chris Malagala. He acted at all times in a completely professional manner, and showed excellent attention to detail , yet was always able to go about his work with a smile on his face. Most of all my Father liked him and trusted him right from the start and throughout the period when Chris cared for him. I will be eternally grateful to Chris for what he did for our family. Quite frankly he is a Saint.

Chris is great guy and great carer. He tries his best and is particularly good with cleaning. He is good with my hoist (New to him, I have an XY whereas he is used to a straight hoist). Cooking is adequate but I would like to have seen a more diverse option. He acells with his driving ability allowing nothing to phase him. All in all very good.
