Osa is a very hardworking, reliable, friendly and trustworthy worker. He goes above and beyond to deliver excellent care to the residents. Furthermore, he works efficiently in a team and creates a warm and welcoming environment for his fellow colleagues and the resident's families. Overall, I enjoyed working with Osas and look forward to hopefully working with him again in the future.

Dear sir/madam, I am pleased to recommend Orobosa Osawe for the position of Carer at PrimeCarers. During my time working with Orobosa, I observed him to be a highly motivated, hard working, flexible and organised individual who's consistently punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. Orobosa has demonstrated great dedication to his professional duties as a carer, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. He is genuinely caring, empathetic, respectful, and compassionate toward his clients and colleagues. He is passionate about delivering a high standard of care that's evidence-based, client-centred, and that meets the needs of those under his care, in a manner that respects their rights, dignity, privacy, and right of choice. Orobosa has great patience and good problem-solving skills which is particularly useful when working in a high-stress environment, and when dealing with clients who have dementia and are confused and wandering or otherwise displaying challenging behaviour. He works excellently well as part of the team but also able to take initiative, and excels when working autonomously; he has good rapport with his co-workers and clients, who also enjoy working with him. Orobosa works very well under pressure, and has a positive can-do attitude and mindset which helps to boost morale with his colleagues, whenever we were short-staffed and struggling with increased workload and time constraints. Orobosa is highly competent in his role as a carer because he has all the relevant qualities, skills, knowledge, and experience required for the position and I am confident that Orobosa will be an asset and a beneficial addition to your organisation. Please feel free to contact me, should you wish to discuss my recommendation further. Best regards, Abigail Robinson.
