My name is Dawn Z and I am a female care professional with a passion for helping others. I have extensive experience in various care types, including live-in, hourly, and overnight care. I have worked with clients facing a wide range of challenges, such as mild cognitive impairment, poor or declining mobility, being bedbound, and various forms of dementia such as Alzheimer's and Vascular dementia. Additionally, I have worked with clients who have Parkinson's disease.
While I do not own a car, I am able to drive and have access to reliable transportation. My skills as a carer include providing assistance with eating and drinking, medication reminders, companionship, cooking, and cleaning. I believe that quality care not only entails addressing physical needs but also providing emotional support and companionship.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking, dancing, playing card games, cooking, and baking. I find great pleasure in completing puzzles as well. I have a fondness for pets, particularly cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds. Their presence adds joy and comfort to the household.
As a carer, I am known for being caring, friendly, and helpful. My motivation for being a carer stems from my desire to assist individuals in leading independent and fulfilling lives. I am committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those I care for, providing the support they need to maintain their dignity and well-being.

Dawn's kind, patient and cheerful nature make her an ideal carer for my 95 year old mother. Dawn is adaptable and competent and has fitted in well with the existing arrangements. We particularly appreciate the companionship Dawn gives in the evenings when she plays cards and Scrabble with my mother.
