Veronica is a person which pays attention to the little details. She is a professional carer very calm and calculated. Veronica worked with the other carer as a formidble team (Double handed as per my brothers care plan). Meals, medications, bathing and communication was always something seemed natural to her holding my brothers attention making him feel comfotable. I am lucky to work with Veronica, I leared a lot from her, I would gladly work with her again.
