I highly recommend Mary as a carer. She is kind, thoughtful, dedicated and professional. She has been so lovely as a live in carer with my dad until his passing at the fine age of 91. She has a lovely sense of humour and is an absolute pleasure to be around. If I was in a similar situation again I would not hesitate to contact her and wish her all the very best for the future.

Wow, Mary is absolutely amazing! She has transformed the house and been an incredible help to my Mum and Dad in very difficult circumstances. She looked after my Dad (who has very high care needs) when he had to go to hospital and was up all night staying with him, barely getting any rest. My Dad has had to go back to hospital and she has looked after my Mum incredibly well, including keeping the house exceptionally tidy, looking after the dogs, cleaning, preparing meals and being a lovely person for Mum to spend time with. She is the real deal, the real life Mary Poppins that we didn't think existed. She has contributed to all our lives in such a positive way and truly is a huge ray of sunshine in what were very difficult circumstances.

I am pleased to provide a commendation for Mary, the live-in carer who has been instrumental in supporting my father during his recovery following a lengthy hospital stay after a hip operation. Facing challenges with reduced mobility and delirium, akin to dementia, my father needed immediate assistance, and Prime Carers proved invaluable in connecting us with potential carers, ultimately leading us to Mary. Her prompt availability and composed professionalism immediately instilled a sense of reassurance and support in my father. Her profile accurately reflected her attributes, and she adeptly encouraged my father to engage in tasks beyond his initial limitations, all while ensuring he retained his independence. Mary's culinary skills were evident in the healthy, well-presented meals she provided, and her consistent updates throughout the day, along with detailed daily summaries, kept us well-informed of my father's progress. In addition to assisting with mobility, personal care, catheter care, and medication organisation, she demonstrated resilience and unwavering professionalism, despite disrupted sleep due to my father's nighttime care needs and panic attacks. Mary's proactive approach to assessing my father's future care needs has been invaluable, allowing us to tailor his care plan to support his independence in his own home for as long as possible. She effectively communicates his needs to healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless coordination of care.

Mary is a well qualified, highly professional carer who is a live-in care who often provides care for my elderly bedbound mother. Mary is diligent, meticulous, kind and caring with a lovely gentle personality which makes her a real pleasure to have around. Her approach is such that once Mary has settled in, she quickly enquires and gains a full understanding of all the care needs required and is meticulous in meeting them. Her diligence also extends to enquiring how you prefer your household running, chores and routines to be carried out so there is a seamless fitting in with you and your family. I would say in my experience, she is a person of integrity with high emotional intelligence and nothing is too much trouble for her, she loves her job.Her qualified experience enables her to make suggestions where need be and her regular feedback throughout the day is reassuring. To be honest nothing is too much trouble for Mary and she gives off herself tirelessly to carry out everything required, no matter how much. If you bump into her in the night on her way to the bathroom she will still inquire how you are and if everything is alright. I would highly recommend Mary but be quick because she is highly sought after.
