Nirmala is an exceptional carer who definitely went above and beyond from the very first time we met. Nirmala made a huge difference to a client with domentia whom was nursed in bed, Nirmala got him to eat and drink, he became bright, engaged and in good spirits and was kept immaculately clean at all times. Nirmala cleaned his home from top to bottom on arrival and maintained this the whole time she was there. Nirmala is a wonderful, kind, caring person whom is an inspiration to her colleagues and myself, she is a calm individual with a fun side and always presented herself well and was very professional with exceptionally high standards. The clients family also embraced Nirmala and were so sad when she had to move on. Nirmala made such a positive impact on the client and his family and her documentation was outstanding. Nirmala is a very special lady who will be a huge benefit to your company. I wish her all the very best in life as she deserves it.

Nirmila has cared for our mum at a very difficult time when she was at the end of her life. She is one of the kindest most compassionate human beings. She looked after mum and us and is now part of our family. We can’t thank her enough. She understands dementia and care. She is highly skilled at her job but the sweetest lady with it. Can’t thank her enough.
