My name is Francisca Muzuva, and I have been a carer for more than 18 years, I am a person who has a passion for caring for people who cannot take care of themselves, and feel rewarded at the end of the day when I know I've put a smile on someone's face. I always put 110% in everything I do and know I can offer the best of my ability, I can work on my own and as part of a team, and can cope well under pressure, and have good effective communication skills with clients and their families and staff, I also appreciate communication barriers such as language and my experience in caring for different patients has helped me acknowledge rights, respect, dignity and carry out a person-centred approach at all times.
