As a dedicated and adult experienced Health Care Assistant, Support worker and Live in carer who has worked in Hospitals, Residential homes, living in people’s homes and Domiciliary care. I have years of vast experience and I am seeking to continue putting my knowledge and concept I have into practice. I am driven person who is continuously motivated for quality outcomes and services by working over and beyond the boundaries. I have also worked as a House keeping Supervisor in a five-star hotel and I know how to lead a team and I know this skill can help me in the present care sector. I have Adult Nursing for 2 years, unfortunately did not manage to finish, but I gained so much experience while on placement in Hospitals, at times I would be given a chance to manage my own bay with 6 patients to look after. I learn how essential teamwork is while working with the multidisciplinary committee. Furthermore, I have experience in providing professional advice and having experience and excellent knowledge of the barriers and cultural issues they face. Also, enhancing independent and rehabilitation and proven ability to deal with mental health and emotionally demanding of clients and to successfully help them to retain and develop skills needed for independent living. I am a hardworking, reliable, trustworthy and caring person who is looking to continue providing stable and consistent care to others who needs it. Lastly, my mother has been diagnosed with Dementia years ago, I see her quality of life she has now, how it been progressing to differently stages, how she still in denial about it and how it is affecting her day to day living. I Would love to improve my knowledge and to continue helping others. In my free time I enjoy playing sports, social networking, swimming, going shopping, walking, DIY and going to the movies with my 12 year old daughter.
