My name is Samantha. I’m a Christian and have been a care worker/assistant/housekeeper for 4 and a half years working in all fields. I’m naturally kind, caring and very professional. I enjoy equestrian sports, art, antiques, healthy living and lifestyle and love animals. I enjoy assisting in fashion styling for magazines in my spare time. I’m calm, peaceful person. Having worked with individuals with late stage dementia for 4 years, i now want to move away from that area of care and work with elderly who are more independent and need help with every day activities. People who may be lonely, or family need help looking after them. More companionship and assisting with daily life, like cooking, cleaning and personal care. Perhaps accompanying to events or appointments. Talking to about life experiences they may have had and memories they would like to share. This all contributes to having the best quality of living possible. It can often be the small things that can make a big difference in a persons life. I’m a very good, friendly companion and have had a amount of experience at creating bespoke activities according to the clients specific personal interests. This helps keep them stimulated mentally as well as physically. This is a very important part of my work I enjoy doing as I have seen great results thanks to the training I’ve received over the years and experience. I’m passionate about my work and I realise how important it is to be perfectly matched to a client in order to get the best out of any situation. I’m a generally happy, positive person who loves life.
