Work History/Experience is Supporting clients to live as independently in their own homes. Providing personal care and administering medication. Shopping and preparation of meals. Maintaining the household and the general wellbeing of the client. Communication with all health professionals and other agencies.Providing support to disabled people in their homes. Planning and preparation of healthy meals. Shopping and managing personal finances. Accessing the community and social events Ensuring a clean, safe working environment for patients, staff and visitors. Maintaining patient records including taking temperature readings and blood pressure levels. Making up beds.Assistant residents in mental health Care in the hospital I enjoy reading, going for walks in the countryside, cooking and sewing and planting flowers . Also enjoy creating traditional African art sculptures.
