Even though years of experience can't be underestimated but at times it's not how far but how well and challenging your journey has been as a carer. I have worked with best hands in highly challenging environments. I have worked in care homes, I have handled emergency situations and I have led shifts as a Senior carer. I can confirm to you that delivering quality care is about knowing what to do at the right time.
I have worked with a couple of people who can confirm that I hate cancelling my shifts and I don't leave my clients abruptly.
I have experience and special training in moving and handling such as hoisting, celling hoist, standing aids and slide sheets. I adhere strictly to care plans and can work with both be male and female. I'm an expert in assessing resident's needs and ensuring all their needs are met. I understand how passionate and concerned family members can be and I work calmly with every relative of my clients.
