Description
Hi my name is kirsty I have been working in the care sector for approx 16 years. I would say I'm a jovial person with a good sense of humour and down to earth. I love to make a difference in people's life's and help for other people to achieve there goals in life. I have achieved my NVQ 5 in health and social care and I have managed my own care homes in the past. I cared for my grandmother at home untill she sadly passed in January. I currently help support my mum with managing her own disability. I treat people how I would expect my loved ones to be cared for I belive I have high standards of care and experience. I would also have a buddy working in my team which means if anyone needs two carers I'm willing to help support these requirements too. If you require any more information please feel free to ask I have 3 referances to hand which is from people I have worked with and also one I have looked after in the past.
