I started as a carer over 26 years ago. I have the qualities that are necessary in this profession. My clients say I am patient, polite and optimistic. I have a lot of respect for older people and it makes me happy to help them do things they cannot do on their own. However, I also try to strengthen and maintain their independence.
I have experience in working with people with disabilities who require assistance in movement. I can use hoist, transfer to a wheelchair do personal care on the bed or in the shower, . I have experience with the catheter. In my career I have looked after both women and men.
I am a person who likes household chores, I'm well organized and I like cleanliness. I really like pets and gardening. I will be happy to help and support some nice person in need of an assistant
