Hello, I'm Roberta P. I'm a compassionate and experienced home carer with a wealth of knowledge and skills to support individuals in need. As a female caregiver, I have extensive experience in providing care for clients with conditions such as Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, ADHD, Autism, Parkinson's Disease, and Schizophrenia. I have also worked with individuals in hospitals and at their homes, assisting them with physical health conditions such as spinal cord injuries, Multiple Sclerosis, and traumatic brain injuries. My care types include live-in and hourly care, offering flexibility and support tailored to individual needs.
With a true passion for helping others, I possess a range of essential caregiving skills, including bathing, toileting, dressing assistance, catheter care, walking assistance, and offering warm companionship to those in my care. Additionally, being able to drive and having my own car enables me to provide advanced support to my clients. Furthermore, I am a soon-to-be certified Life Coach. My dedication to ensuring the well-being and comfort of those under my care is evident in my caring, friendly, and responsible nature.
Outside of caregiving, I enjoy various hobbies such as painting, having long walks in the countryside, cooking, baking, solving puzzles, and gardening. These interests not only enrich my life but also serve as a means to connect with those I care for on a personal level. Furthermore, I have a fondness for pets, including cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds, recognizing the positive impact they can have on a person's well-being.
