Sonia is an experienced and very capable carer, working with sensitivity to the needs of her clients. My father was a proud man and reluctant to accept help with all aspects of his personal care, Sonia navigated this is in a calm, compassionate and professional way. Sonia has a warm and friendly personality. She works to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, my father was always immaculately clean and dressed in clean clothes that matched, not just anything thrown on. She kept the house clean and tidy, the laundry was undertaken on a daily basis, working to a system that keeps everything as one would wish it to be. Sonia is an excellent cook, using fresh ingredients and not resorting to using ready meals, which many carers do. Any expenditure was meticulously accounted for, she is scrupulously honest. It was a relief to know that my father was in her safe hands. She is absolutely trustworthy and I have no hesitation in recommending her as a carer for an elderly person.
