Violet is a kind and positive, caring person and we are lucky and delighted to have her caring for our 96 year old grandmother. She is punctual (even arriving early to ensure that she could be fully familiar with everything) and polite and patient. She is also a very interesting person to chat with over a cup of coffee. At the end of her night stay with our grandmother she sent us a summary of how the evening had gone so that all of the family could be aware, and made some useful suggestions to us on different equipment (a drawsheet) that we could invest in to make our grandmother more comfortable and easier to care for properly. 5/5 stars.
