I set very high standards as a carer/support worker and this is a profession that I am not only passionate about, but I genuinely want to provide the best treatment and care achievable for my service users. Over the years I have gained considerable experience in treating a wide variety of service-users with different conditions and problems, and I am always able to follow the care plan provided based on their individual needs. I am a professional carer and my strengths lie in my ability to handle a large workload, my ability to remain calm under pressure, and my in-depth analytical skills that always ensure I find the right solution to any problem. There comes a huge amount of responsibility as a carer/support worker and I want to work for a health and social care organisation where I will get to make a positive difference in people’s lives daily whilst helping my work colleagues achieve their own goals, too.

• Providing personal care and support to clients with a wide range of needs
