Dorothee is a very confident and caring live in carer. Very professional in her role. Communication is brilliant with regards to reporting any concerns she had about our customers to us. We'd be very happy to employ her again.

Poor communication skills, difficult to work as team with other carers, unable to organize simple house keeping tasks, lack of infection control knowledge and awareness, anxious and takes unnecessary stress on herself. I would not be comfortable to hire this carer again. thank you.

Dorothee cared for my father for 8 months, day and night and went above her duties in looking after him. She is not just professional but a genuinely kind and caring person who takes people into her heart. We are grateful for the compassion and care she gave while with us.

On behalf of Jimmy, i am writing a review ( Jimmy's daughter) for Dorothee. Dorothee was available right away to take care of my father. She is a very nice natured lady with a warm smile. Dorothee was fantastic at taking care of my father whilst he was recovering from a spine operation. She did everything my father asked of her in the house and care for him in a gentle manner. She stayed at the house for 1 week. I would recommend Dorothee to anyone who needs to be cared for. Dorothee is very trustworthy and an all round lovely lady. Thanks, Jimmy and his daughter Amanda.

Dorothee is a dedicated and kind carer. She is looking after my Mother well and encouraging her when she needs it. They go into the garden together and Dorothee also engages my Mother buy playing games and watching TV with her. She keeps the house clean and tidy and cooks a good variety of food.
