Description

My name is Omoyemi Juliana Falade like to be called Omo, I am 54 years old with over 15 years experience in different areas of care. I am also a mother and grandmother.
I was raised to be gentle and kind and as I grew older, I became empathetic towards everyone I come across in life.
I have acquired trainings, skills and experiences with different types of service users which made me more confident, reliable and understanding towards the needs of individuals with learning difficulties, physical disabilities or mental health issues.
What I enjoyed most is listening because clients need you to understand their issues and solve their problems. This is why my clients like me because I give them my maximum attention.
My experience started from looking after my aged mother and my younger brother diagnosed with depression. I cared for both till they passed away, and I am happy they both had a good life despite their situations.
I still take care of my children and my grandchildren and take them out for recreation whenever I have break from work.
I lived with a lady till she pass away and she took me as part of her family. Unknown to me, she left some gifts for me, which were delivered to me after her death by her children.
I have a degree in Health care management which has made me a professional senior carer. I understand Confidentiality Policy and procedures, Choices, Dignity, Respect and Medication policies and I can work as a team as well as lone worker. I am ready to gain more experiences.
I worked in NHS with different kinds of clients/patients in the hospital before they were discharged to their individual homes for support. This has given me a wide range of skills to manage my client as a living career. I also have the skills of managing my client to live their life independently.

Dear Sir/Ma, I can confirm that Omoyemi Falade is a live-in career for my Children. . Omoyemi Falade is very good at caring for my kids. She provides them with their day-to-day care needs, including but not limited to the following. Support during morning and evening showers, prepare their meals, administer medications where and when needed, do their laundry and other cleaning activities, and take them out for shopping, park, and other events. She has helped in promoting my kids independence. Additionally, she is punctual, a good time keeper, hardworking, helpful, honest and reliable. I am happy to provide this recommendation because she has demonstrated all the above attributes. Please let me know if you need any additional information. Kind regards, Richard
