Dereal aims to give the best care she possibly can. She goes above and beyond what is required of her duties without prompting. She is an empathetic individual which enabled her to understand my Nans’ situation which allowed them to understand each other and provide the best care possible for my Nan.

Dereal came at short notice to look after our 96 year old mother for a week when our regular carer had to go to hospital. Dereal cared for our Mother well, she was bright and cheerful and fitted in well with the family. Dereal is a good cook and a kind and thoughtful carer.
