Hello, my name is Florence M and I am a female home carer with a wealth of experience and a passion for providing compassionate care. I have been fortunate enough to work with a diverse range of clients, providing both live-in and hourly care, as well as overnight assistance when needed.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of caring for individuals with various conditions including mild cognitive impairment, bedbound patients, Parkinson's disease, anxiety, and depression. I understand the unique challenges that each condition presents and am committed to providing the highest level of care tailored to the specific needs of each individual.
I am proud to possess a valid driver's license and have my own car, ensuring that I can provide transportation for my clients whenever necessary. My extensive skill set includes assisting with bathing, toileting, dressing, and catheter care, as well as providing companionship to combat feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy staying active by engaging in activities such as walking, playing card games, and cooking and baking. I also find solace in puzzles and decorating, using these hobbies to unwind and keep my mind sharp.
In addition to my love for caring for people, I am also an animal lover. I have a preference for cats and dogs, and would be more than happy to help care for any furry friends that my clients may have.

Florence is an excellent and very professional carer. Florence quickly gets to grips with understanding the customer's needs and integrates well into the family's care routine. Florence is proactive in looking for activities, encouraging, and patient. I feel Florence has not only been there at a difficult time but has brought a sense of not being alone. Even when she is not on shift, her texts enquiring how the customer is are thoughtful and caring. Florence's report writing is timely and detailed and was extremely helpful when I needed to make a complaint, and the organisation was trying to evade accountability.
