Patrice is a carer in the true sense of the word. She is kind, helpful and always listens to what my Mum wants and needs. She is extremely conscientious, precise and very, very reliable. Patrice’s honesty and trustworthiness was apparent from the moment she set foot in my Mum’s home. I asked my Mum for a comment about Patrice and she said; “She’s a good girl!” I think that says it all! Karen
