I hereby write to express my interest as a care assistant worker. My name is Ayoola Martins Akinojo, I completed a degree in Business Education, and I also obtained a master’s in business administration (MBA) with HR option. I believed that this is a role where I can channel my ability and skill at the maximum peak level. I am interested in the role because I have always enjoyed providing quality care service to people, I derive pleasure in caring, Putting smile on people's face, it's form of fulfilment for me. My strength in delivering excellent care service makes my career particularly appealing.
I am a highly organised, hardworking and effective communicator with extensive experience in care service. My experience began as at when I was given the responsibility to take care of my grandparents, through this, I understand how vulnerable an elderly people are, I gained more insight into formal care services settings through my local church as a social counsellor, where we provide quality care to people in the community. My position allows me to meet different people with different challenges. In addition, in my experience working in care home, I was able to work effectively and efficiently through compassion, care and understanding of the needs of patients and people in other to deliver excellent care and support needed to them. This have motivated me to seek for a career development in the area of Health Care Assistant.
I believe that understanding human behaviour and the challenges they are facing will channels how to guide and counsel them in getting better, I believe the ability and skills acquired will be an added advantage in rendering a quality Care service as a Health Care Assistant.
