Am a caring person and love being a carer treating people with dignity,respect and empthy.
I enjoy working with clients from different backgrounds and I enjoy to see my clients happy at all time. I like supporting clients with their daily care needs such as supporting with personal care,help with cooking,shopping, help with administration of of prescribed medication, tidying and also giving them a company when needed.
Have experience in Health and social care of about 15 years and have worked in different care settings and sectors and supporting clients with different care and various needs.
Among the clients I have supported are clients with learning disabilities elderly clients with dementia and those with no dementia,young children with complex care needs and behaviours that challenges.
Have got knowledge and skills of supporting clients using the approach of personal centered where the client needs of care and support are considered and treated in a confidential manner and with standand of care.
Most of the time I consider and have respect of the clients privacy and dignity and respect the clients confidentiality.
