Peri looked after my mother, suffering from Alzheimer’s, for four years. She was experienced, and sensitive, providing excellent care both physical and emotional. She was unfailingly punctual and reliable. She was committed to helping her through the various stages of dementia, coping competently and uncomplainingly with some challenging behaviour, and seeing her through to the end. Peri was also a wonderful support to the whole family. Her skill and dedication made all the difference in a difficult situation. I can wholeheartedly recommend Peri as a carer.

Peri is a kind and very experienced carer and when my Mother was becoming increasingly frail and ill with Alzheimers she came and helped us all cope with the destructive behaviours and pain this illness can bring. Mum and Dad have always been strongly independent and resisted any external help but the strain of constant caring was making our Dad ill too. We were incredibly lucky to find Peri to provide care and companionship to Mum and respite time for Dad. Sadly it was only for the last 9 months of Mum's life as she died in April this year. Peri is a calm, knowledgeable and compassionate carer, she helped us, as a family, put practical things in place to make Mum's life more comfortable. She was able to create a good connection with Mum very quickly and became a trusted friend for her and someone Mum looked forward to seeing. She fitted into our family set up very well and was a great support doing extra hours when needed to help my Dad cope. Best of all she helped Mum feel good about herself again: by listening to her, caring for her medical and personal needs in a professional, humane and calm way, giving her treats like manicures, facials, making her feel cared for and valued. Peri is an extraordinary carer, we feel so lucky to have found her when we needed her and wholeheartedly recommend her

Peri worked as part of a team to care for a friend with Alzheimer's, who was living at home. She was diligent and caring and we were very pleased to have her as part of the team.

Peri provided care for my husband ,who suffered from dementia , over a period of 5 years. She was, in my view, an exemplary carer. She was very calm and empathetic, able to deal with very difficult situations : she developed an excellent relationship with my husband, who could ,at times, be quite challenging: I can honestly say that my husband enjoyed the time Peri spent with him. In addition to spending time at home, they would go out to local parks and restaurants:Peri dealt very professionally with any environment and was extremely patient Peri was totally reliable and trustworthy and always prepared to be flexible when required. She always ensured that my husband ate healthily and could keep him occupied over quite long periods of time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peri as a carer.
